The shipping term varies from 1 to 4 working days. After placing the order, the manager will contact you and notify you of the exact dates of receipt of the order.
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta delivery service, according to their tariffs (delivery time 1-2 days).
Worldwide shipping is performed by UkrPoshta delivery service. Delivery time - from 10 to 20 days. The cost is calculated individually for each order depending on its weight.
You can track the order and find out the delivery time by the tracking number that was sent to the email you specified after sending the order.

Pickup is available for residents of Odessa at the following address: 3a, 11th station of Lustdorfskaya rd.
We have a closed type of production, so be sure to coordinate the date and time of issuance of the order with the manager.
After you have placed an order with “Pickup” delivery, wait for the call from our manager or contact us at +380664595858 to agree on the date of issue of the order.
Working hours: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 (weekends and holidays excluding).
Return of goods is possible under the conditions:
- no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt;
- with preservation of the presentation;
- no traces of exploitation.
The exception is products with name embroidery. Such products are not subject to exchange or return!
