Exchange & Return Conditions
You can exchange or return goods within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To use this feature, please ensure that:
- The product was not in use and has no traces of use;
- The product is fully equipped and the integrity of the package is not compromised;
- All labels and factory markings are saved.
You have the right to exchange goods of good quality for the same products if the goods did not satisfy you in shape, size, style or color. The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used, and if its presentation and if consumer properties labels are preserved.
EXCEPTION IS PRODUCTS WITH NAMED EMBROIDERY. SUCH PRODUCTS REFUND NOT AVAILABLE. The exchange of products with the name embroidery is possible only when a defect is detected.
When returning and exchanging goods for buyers from other countries, the buyer pays all the costs of shipping in both directions.
In the case of return of the goods, the refund will be made within 4 banking days from the moment we receive the goods to the details provided by you.
